Walter Swearingen is an experienced litigator and has represented clients in a variety of industries for over 30 years in state and federal courts, including bankruptcy litigation. Walter is a graduate of Cornell University and Pace University School of Law. While at Pace, Walter served as a Managing Editor of the Pace Law Review.
Walter is admitted to practice in states of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut; the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
